The role of the Board of Directors is to ensure the viability of the Chapter through sound business decisions, membership recruitment and retention as well as adherence to the Chapter's Mission & Vision.
Officer terms are one year while Director positions are a three year staggered term. The Executive Director is a contracted position that holds a non-voting position on the Board.
